I'm not afraid of burning bridges ... cause I know they're gonna light my way (JB)
My dad taught me to never burn bridges, but sometimes you have to especially when your taking a risk and getting out of the boat. When opportunity arises you need to seize it. When God calls you to another place you need to move. Remember God's ways are not our ways. Yes it feels uncomfortable but you need to make the move especially if God has closed a door in your life and wants you to walk through another one.(Click)... Remember it's not about you. Walk through that door and experience the blessing. I don't know about you but I don't want to be where God's anointing isn't. Make sense?
I believe God sent Jesus to burn bridges. His children had Him all wrong. So He sent His Son to set it straight. Jesus shocked the religious leaders. Jesus broke their traditions. Man made to many rules and lost track of God's ways of living. They crafted God's ways to suit their needs. So.. Jesus was sent to burn the bridge because it was leading to hell. Because of God's love for you and I. The way that seems right to man leads to death my friend.
